Windows 7 first look

Some sites just released their first sensation about Windows 7 in final version.

In short, the new operating system from Microsoft is a good evolution of Windows Vista. Keeping the visual aspect of the Aero interface, Windows Seven brings more stability and more rapidity.

So the new Windows 7 can work on slower machines, like ultra-portables.

So the minimum configuration is lighter. Microsoft recommends a 32 or 64 bits processor with 1 GHz, a huge 16 GB of free space on the disk, 1 GB of RAM, and a DirectX9 graphic card with at least 128 MB of memory for the Aero theme.

Microsoft compensates the relative failure of Vista, because a lot of people and manufacturers still prefer to stay on Windows XP: 70% of the market against 20% for Vista.
